Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. Your full card details are entered with the provider and are not stored on BhavaX servers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction references needed to fulfil your order.

To protect users, phone numbers are automatically redacted from messages before they are stored. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

We share information with other users only as needed for a transaction (for example, a buyer’s shipping details are shared with the relevant seller).
