Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using BhavaX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BhavaX. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We verify email addresses and may require additional verification before you can sell. You may hold buyer and seller roles on the same account; administrative access is reserved for BhavaX staff.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including the title, description, condition grade, images, price, and stock. Every listing is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes visible, and listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or prohibited may be rejected or removed.

Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping at checkout. A binding order is formed when payment is confirmed. Prices and stock are re-verified on the server at checkout, and an order will not complete if an item is out of stock.

You may not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise unlawful goods, or items you do not have the right to sell. You may not manipulate reviews, create fraudulent listings or orders, scrape the platform, or attempt to circumvent our security or moderation.

To protect both parties, contact details such as phone numbers are automatically masked in messages. You agree to keep transactions and communications on-platform so that buyer and seller protections apply.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. BhavaX does not store your full card details. Listing is free; a commission may be deducted from a seller’s payout when an item sells. Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm.

Sellers are responsible for dispatching items promptly and accurately once an order is paid. Order status moves through processing, shipped, and delivered. If an item does not arrive as described, you may raise a dispute, and BhavaX may facilitate a resolution or refund at its discretion.

After a completed order, buyers and sellers may leave honest feedback about one another. Feedback must be accurate and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or personal contact information. We may remove feedback that violates these Terms.

BhavaX and its logo, design, and software are owned by BhavaX and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as listing images and text) but grant BhavaX a non-exclusive license to host and display it for the operation of the platform.

BhavaX is a venue that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the sale contract between them. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BhavaX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or pose a risk to the platform. You may stop using BhavaX at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
